Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website and your participation in the GBOS controlled pilot programme. By using the site or applying for early access, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

GBOS is currently provided as a controlled pilot to selected organisations. Features, capabilities and availability are being developed and may change, be limited, or be withdrawn. Nothing on this website is a guarantee that a particular feature, integration, certification or availability date will be delivered. Access to the pilot is granted at our discretion and may be subject to a separate pilot agreement.

When you apply for the pilot, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. Submitting an application does not create an account, guarantee acceptance, or create any obligation on us to provide the service. We review each application individually and will contact you about next steps where appropriate.

You agree not to:

• use the site or service for any unlawful, harmful or fraudulent purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems, data or accounts;
• interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service;
• submit false information or impersonate another person or organisation; or
• copy, resell or misuse any part of the service or its content.

The GBOS name, brand, website, software and all related materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any ownership of, or licence to, our intellectual property beyond what is strictly necessary to use the pilot as intended.

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Where the pilot processes data on behalf of your organisation, the specific data terms are set out in the pilot agreement provided during onboarding.

The pilot service and this website are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, whether express or implied, including suitability for a particular purpose. Because the service is at pilot stage, it may contain errors, and functionality may change without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or business, arising from your use of the site or the pilot service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

We may update these terms as the service develops; the “Last updated” date above will reflect any changes. We may suspend or end pilot access at any time where reasonably necessary, for example to protect the service or comply with law.
